In 2016 we launched the Breakthrough Talent Awards to recognise and celebrate newcomers within the Entertainment Production industry. From entrepreneurs and apprentices and employees, to students, graduates and freelancers, we shine a light on those who are broadening their skill set and already making a significant impact on the industry whilst breaking down barriers to lead the way for others.
The only criteria is that the nominee must be a newcomer and that means 0-5 Years experience
With 43 previous winners already on the Breakthrough Talent Newcomers List, last year we launched 21 new categories, creating even more opportunities to put newcomers in the spotlight and celebrate their achievements. This is not your average awards ceremony, this is a celebration of new fresh talent and a networking opportunity like no other, with prizes like no other. The prize for each category is a ‘money can’t buy’ opportunity kindly donated by our sponsors who all nominees will get to meet at the final.
